About us
The Curriculum Foundationʼs starting point is the conviction that there is a universal core at the heart of every successful curriculum: a core that is common to nurseries, schools and colleges; common to all communities and all nations. This universal core excites young peopleʼs imaginations, extends their horizons and equips them with the confidence, ability and desire to improve the world. We want to work with schools, colleges and key stakeholders to build an understanding of the curriculumʼs potential.
We will do this through:
- running conferences, courses and workshops
- supporting curriculum projects
- sponsoring research
- working directly with schools
- producing materials and reports
- seeking to influence public policy at local, national and global levels.
The Curriculum Foundation is a not-for-profit organisation. All money raised through fees for membership and conferences will be used to further our aim of creating a better world by funding and supporting curriculum development projects in the UK and overseas.
