Working with the Curriculum Foundation.
A number of organisations have approached the Curriculum Foundation and asked if they can affiliate in some way. We are very keen to work with others towards our common goals of helping young people to enter the adult world with the confidence, ability and desire to make that world a better place, and would therefore like to explore ways in which we might work with you.
There are several ways in which this might happen:
- we can identify areas in which it would be mutually beneficial for us to work together; for example, on joint curriculum research or development projects
- we can support, contribute to and publicise each other’s events
- we can run joint events where appropriate
- websites can be shared and cross-referenced
- we can provide improved service to our members
You will have further ideas of your own.
The Curriculum Foundation runs a number of conferences each year and is working with local authorities and groups of schools across the country to promote a better curriculum. We are also producing reports and papers to help shape thinking and policy about the curriculum. All of this will present many points at which we might valuably work together.
The best way forward is usually to meet to discuss those areas where our work and aspirations coincide, and to consider the scope of any possible co-operation, and someone from The Curriculum Foundation will very pleased to meet you.
Please contact us at admin@curriculumfoundation.org to arrange a meeting.
Together we can strengthen the voice for the curriculum
